Delete your Pumpnow account

Buyer and driver accounts can be deleted directly in the Pumpnow app: open Profile, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. Active orders must first be completed or cancelled.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Include your full name and registered phone number. We may send a verification code or ask for limited information needed to verify ownership before deletion.

After verification, we remove or anonymise profile information, device tokens, saved payment authorisations, payout details, verification media, and chat attachments. Transaction records may be retained where required for tax, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal obligations, as explained in our privacy policy.
